Coastal Management Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services at the Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dental professional to serve our nation’s veterans while working in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

The Dentist will:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations of teeth, gums, and surrounding oral tissues.
• Utilize x-rays, medical histories, and dental records to assess oral health and determine treatment needs.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer local anesthesia, analgesia, and sedation as necessary for dental procedures.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental care services.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates must:

• Possess a current and active Delaware Dentist License.
• Graduate from an accredited dental school.
• Demonstrate strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient care skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Be eligible to work in the United States and meet all applicable employment requirements.

Applicants must be able to provide:

• Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
• Delaware Dentist License
• Dental School Diploma or Transcript (upon request)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• DEA Registration (if applicable)
• Current malpractice insurance certificate (if applicable)
• Supporting credentialing documentation as required
