Coastal Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urology Physician to join a healthcare team in Fargo, North Dakota. This position is available immediately and offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality urologic care while serving a diverse patient population.

Position Summary

The Urology Physician will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with urologic conditions. The selected candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
• Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state, territory, commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Be eligible to work in the United States and meet all applicable federal employment requirements.

Required Credentialing Documents

Applicants must be able to provide the following:

• Copy of medical degree(s) and professional accreditations
• Current medical license
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration Certificate
• Current Malpractice Insurance Certificate
• Current Medical Liability Insurance Certificate
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of urologic conditions.
• Perform consultations, examinations, and procedures within the scope of credentialed privileges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
